When you make a booking we collect your name, mobile number, email address (optional), and your booking details such as session, game, date, time and any special requests.

How we use it

We use this information to manage your booking, contact you about it, confirm availability and payment, and keep records of our sessions. We do not sell your information.

Where it is kept

Booking details are stored in a Google Sheet that only the cafe owners and staff can open. Google provides this storage service.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay on its own secure page. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details on this website.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your booking details by contacting us. We may keep basic records where we need them for accounts or to resolve a dispute.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your device's technical information.
