1. About these terms

These terms apply when you book or play at ZERO Gaming Cafe, or use this website. By making a booking you agree to them.

2. Bookings and payment

A booking made on this website is a request. It is confirmed only after your payment is received and we have verified that the slot is available. Opening the payment page does not confirm a booking. If we cannot offer your slot, we will contact you to suggest another time or refund you.

Rates are per hour for PC and PS5, and per 15 minutes for the F1 simulator. Totals shown on the website are estimates for reference. The amount payable is confirmed by us.

3. Using our equipment

Please look after the equipment and follow the instructions of our staff. You may be asked to pay for damage caused by misuse. Please do not change system settings or install software.

4. Your belongings

Please keep your belongings with you. We are not responsible for items that are lost or left behind.

5. Changes

Games, rates, opening times and availability may change. We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top shows when they last changed.
